Following the acquisition by private equity fund Waterland, GoGift faces a unique opportunity to scale our
position as one of the world's leading gift card providers. With activities in over 70 countries, we are looking
for an analytically strong Data & BI Analyst to transform data into strategic insights and concrete actions, so
the business is driven forward based on data-driven decisions.

The Role:
As a Data & BI Analyst, you will become a central part of our digital transformation and take responsibility
for developing, implementing, and maintaining our business intelligence solution in Qlik. You will work
closely with teams within finance, marketing, and sales to ensure that data becomes valuable business
insight.

You will report to GoGift's CFO.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI-tracking systems
• Perform analyses of customer behaviour, sales performance, and market trends
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to ensure reliable data integration
• Work with data extraction from multiple sources and systems
• Implement data transformations and validation to ensure high data quality
• Design and optimize data models for efficient reporting and analysis
• Automate data flows and ensure stable data supply to BI solutions
• Translate business needs into technical data solutions, reports, and actions
• Contribute to establishing data governance, best practices, and documentation
• Support self-service data across the organization

Expectations for You:
We are looking for an analytically strong candidate with experience in working with BI and data modelling
and transforming numbers into valuable business insights. You must be able to navigate complex data sets
and communicate your analyses clearly to our commercially focused organization. You find motivation in
having responsibility for your own tasks and are curious and proactive by nature. It energizes you to deliver
quality under tight deadlines, and you are thorough, even when there are many tasks.

Furthermore, we expect you to have:

• A relevant education in data analysis, mathematics, economics, or similar
• Experience with reporting and data visualization
• Interest in ETL development and data integration (we use Databricks)
• Experience with Qlik, which we use, or Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Knowledge of programming (Python, R, or similar) is an advantage
• Experience with Excel and advanced data manipulation techniques
• Fluent spoken and written English
